Dear customer,
Thank you for visiting our windsor Online Shop. Please note that the use of our Online Shop to the full extent is no longer possible via the Internet Explorer you are using.
We recommend the use of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or any other browser.
We are committed to our goals and work on improving our ecological footprint, constantly.
We use organically sourced fibres in the manufacture of our products. We certify our products according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). As a member of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), we aim to develop more sustainable solutions for cotton production.
We ensure that our wool suppliers raise animals in an animal-friendly manner that does not involve mulesing. Mulesing refers to a procedure in which merino sheep have their skin folds cut away around the rump without anaesthesia.
We certify our products according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), which means that binding minimum standards must be met in the extraction of down. The aim is to exclude force-feeding and the removal of down from the live animal.
We do not process farmed fur or angora, because animal welfare is our priority. All the leather and lambskin we use is a by-product of the food industry.
We are a member of Amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). As a member, we are committed to the Amfori BSCI Code of Conduct. The objective is to comply with defined social standards, such as maintaining better working conditions and acting responsibly in a globalised economy.
We strive for complete transparency in the supply chain to ensure the visibility and traceability of our products. We already know all of our producers (Tier 1), and by 2030 we will know all our upstream suppliers (Tier 2).
