The website offers you the possibility to create a personal customer account. In your customer account, which is managed by windsor, you can store personal information to conveniently store in
the online store. Windsor also offers access to your purchase history and the possibility to create a wish list, in which you can mark items for later purchase.
To set up the customer account, your first and last name, e-mail address, address and a password of your choice are required. The specification of further data (telephone number, date of birth) is of course voluntary. You can update this data or delete the account at any time.
The handling of your personal data in the context of the online service "customer account" is carried out for the initiation, implementation and processing of the corresponding user contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
NEWSLETTER
Please note that our newsletter is aimed exclusively at customers in the European Union and Switzerland.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you must provide us with your email address before receiving it and consent to the collection, processing and use of tracking data from the newsletter for the purposes of personal advice, customer service and the personalisation of advertising. Information about the newsletter (name of the newsletter subscriber, category of the newsletter, time of dispatch, time of opening) and when you click on which link within the newsletter as well as any purchases you make in connection with the newsletter will be collected.
Furthermore, you must agree that your e-mail address may be used by Strellson AG and the companies affiliated with Strellson AG to send you advertising and information in connection with products, offers and services of the group of companies, such as event invitations, campaigns and product promotions, by newsletter or e-mail.
The newsletter is sent by our order processor Emarsys eMarketing Systems GmbH, Lassallestraße 7b, 1021 Vienna, Austria. In order for the newsletter to be sent to you, your personal data will be stored and processed by our processor.

HOTJAR
Our website uses Hotjar an analytics software provided by Hotjar Ltd. 3 Lyons Range- 20 Bisazza Street- Sliema SLM 1640, Malta (http://www.hotjar.com), which allows us to analyze how you use the website. Hotjar uses cookies as well as a tracking code through which the collected data is transmitted to the Hotjar server. This data is essentially device-related information, such as the IP address, the screen size of your device, the device type and browser information, such as type and version, your geographical location and your language setting. In addition, your email address is transmitted with your first and last name, if you have provided us with this information. Periodically, user interaction, such as mouse movement, web pages visited, and the date and time of use are also transmitted to Hotjar. Your IP address is automatically anonymized by Hotjar and stored only in this form.
